Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 May 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Trejer (“Trejer”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading the Trejer mobile application, or otherwise using any part of the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the Trejer website, mobile app, employer dashboard, and partner portal collectively.
  • User — any individual who uses the Service.
  • Employee — a User who accesses Trejer through an Employer enrollment.
  • Employer — an organization that enrolls its workforce in Trejer.
  • Partner — a merchant that offers a discount, perk, or benefit through Trejer.
  • Offer — a perk made available by a Partner through Trejer.
  • Redemption — the act of claiming an Offer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Employee accounts additionally require an active enrollment by an Employer that has contracted with Trejer.

4. Account registration & security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Description of the service

Trejer is a discovery and redemption platform that connects Employees with Offers from Partners. Trejer is an intermediary and is not the merchant of record for any goods or services supplied by a Partner. The contract for any underlying product, service, or payment is between you and the Partner.

6. Employer-provided access

Where you access Trejer through an Employer, your eligibility to use the Service depends on your continued enrollment by that Employer. If your employment or enrollment ends, your access may be suspended or terminated. Your Employer can see aggregate engagement information about its workforce but does not receive your individual redemption history.

7. Partner offers

Offers are provided by Partners under their own terms and conditions. Trejer is not responsible for the quality, fulfilment, refund, or warranty of any Partner product or service. Any complaint about an Offer should first be raised with the Partner; we will assist where we can.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Resell, transfer, or commercialize Offers or redemption codes.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest Service content except as expressly permitted.
  • Use automated means to access or interact with the Service without our written consent.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The Trejer name, logo, software, designs, and content are owned by Trejer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

10. User content

If the Service allows you to submit ratings, reviews, or other content, you keep ownership of that content but grant Trejer a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it.

11. Payments & savings

Trejer does not process payments for Partner transactions in this version of the Service. Savings displayed in the app are estimates based on the published Offer terms. Actual savings depend on the Partner’s point-of-sale process.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and similar functions. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We choose providers that meet our security and privacy standards but are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trejer’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Trejer in that period and (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Trejer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trejer, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access creates a security or operational risk. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law).

16. Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will give reasonable notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Mobile app additional terms (Apple EULA)

The following terms apply to your use of the Trejer iOS application (the “Licensed Application”) downloaded from the Apple App Store. These terms are in addition to, and form part of, these Terms.

  • Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Trejer only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content.
  • Scope of license. The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance and support. Trejer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
  • Warranty. Trejer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application.
  • Product claims. Trejer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application, including product-liability claims, claims that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
  • Intellectual-property rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual-property rights, Trejer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
  • Legal compliance. You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Subject to the dispute-resolution section below, the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
